Side A

Zoo Kid - Out Getting Ribs

Zoo Kid is Archy Marshall, a 16 year old skinny ginger kid from London. He has a serious sneer, a ginger mohawk and a unique sound - Ocean Bed is another bit of brilliance.

Balto - Kirov Factory

Hezekiah Jones - Stop Whispering (Radiohead Cover)

Open Mike Eagle - Nightmares

A nicely laid-back rap with hypnotic backing vocals and a lazy beat.

OFWGKTA - Golden, Mysterious, She, AssMilk, Orange Juice, Tron Cat

Gold Panda - Marriage (Star Slinger Remix)

Starting to think Star Slinger is incapable of making bad songs - this Gold Panda remix is incredible.

Gold Panda - You, Marriage

Lil B vs Gold Panda (The Hood Internet) - Real You

Germany Germany - Take Me Home

Gorillaz - Doncamatic

Shinichi Osawa - Sylkill

Shinichi Osawa is (according to earmilk) a 'Japanese Electropop God'. Not sure whether I would describe him as a deity, but he's been making music a helluvalongtime and the guy does make some pretty crazy electropop tunes.

Keegan DeWitt - Two Hearts

A cute song and a cute video. I am clearly a big girls blouse.

Matt Pond - Love To Get Used

Mother Mother - Simple Simple

My Morning Jacket - Circuital

Side B

Keaton Henson - Sarah Minor

Keaton Henson's record label were kind enough to send me over his album to have a listen of. Sarah Minor is definitely my favourite track from the album, but Charon was another lovely one (it also has a very sad video about a suicidal puppet).

Big Scary - Gem in the Granite

Bibio - Lovers Carvings

Bibio - St. Christopher
Gardens and Villas - Black Hills
Alpine - Too Safe

Emiliana Torrini - Birds
A lady from Iceland with a lovely voice.

Bodies of Water - Open Rhythms

Lay Low - By and By
Another lady from Iceland with a lovely voice! Nice little song with a freaky little video.

Camera Obscura - Honey in the Sun

Nils Frahm - Ambre

Dharohar Project (with Mumford & Sons and Laura Marling) - To Darkness, Meheni Rachi, Anmol Rishtey
Balun - El Medio Contenido

Easter Sunshine

Side A

Metronomy - The Look
Metronomy have returned with a new album filled with lovely summertime tunes. This video for The Look has retro keyboards, stop motion pigeons and bumper cars - what more could you ask for?

Architecture in Helsinki - Contact High (Clock Opera Remix)
Apparat - Ash/Black Veils
W-H-I-T-E - Fountain
PURITY RING - Ungirthed
Salem - King Night, Frost

Beastie Boys - Make Some Noise
The Beastie Boys is back! They've returned with  a short film featuring a whole load of famous actor buddies, plus a pretty great new single.

In related news, Incubus have also jumped on the decent comeback bandwagon.

The White Panda - Steal Eastwood

Sia - You've Changed

Sia is an Australian pop songstress who makes super catchy songs with super crazy videos to match. If you need any more convincing to give her a listen, she's one of the top 25 most influential lesbians in Australia...

Chilly Gonzalez - You Can Dance (Gemini Club Remix)
Bibio - Anything New

Childish Gambino - Freaks and Geeks
Donald Glover/Childish Gambino is a massively over-achieving individual. Not only has he already established himself as a successful comedian, he's also shown himself to be a very talented rapper and producer. He's obviously got an ego the size of a house, but judging from this interview he does seem like a pretty nice guy. DAMN HIS NATURAL TALENT AND FRIENDLINESS.

Miss Dynamite - Boo
Earl Sweatshirt - Dat Ass
The Reeflex - All Day

Side B

Freelance Whales - Generator First Floor
I want to hire a whale on a freelance basis to do my bidding. This (awesomely named) group from New York make great tunes.

Fleet Foxes - Grown Ocean
Grizzly Bear - Easier

Gyptian - Hold Yuh (Live Acoustic)
Big summer tune from last year that passed me by - I reckon this acoustic version is better.

Katchafire - Groove Again

Clams Casino - Fakest Year Ever
Annoyingly there's no youtube video for this track, so I'll just have to link you to somewhere you can stream it. If you want more instrumental hip-hop beats, go have a listen to some of Kanye's earliest instrumentals.

Bill Callahan - Riding for the Feeling

Fistful of Mercy - 30 Bones & Fistful of Mercy
Horse Feathers - Curs in the Wind
Craft Spells - Party Talk & After The Moment

Therapies Son - Rose Red Rose

Pretty good song with a strange...strange video.

Dale Einhardt Jr Jr - Morning Thought

Joywave - Winnipeg
Mesita - Lose The Plot & Off The Map

Awning - New York Smile
